A?N: Simon is my Raptor OC from Extreme Dinosaurs when I was 10, so he's an old character that I found a written bio of him while clearing stuff out. He welds a flamethrower that he likes to use a lot.
He used to live in Yellowstone but had wandered off into the state the Extreme Dinos are. He needs a dust off me thinks.
